Mocha Pudding:
Ingredients: chocolate
pudding
coffee syrup
Directions: Make your
favorite chocolate pudding, using 1 cup of coffee syrup
in place of 1 cup of the milk used. Pour into molds,
chill and serve garnished with whipped cream.
Coffee Milk Shake:
(A Rhode Island favorite)
Ingredients: 2 tbs. of coffee syrup 7-oz glass of cold milk
Directions: Add coffee syrup to cold milk. Shake in
beverage shaker well, and serve.
Coffee Spice Cake:
Ingredients: 1/2 cup shortening or butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg, 1/4 cup coffee
syrup to 1/2 cup milk 2 cups sifted flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp.
cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. baking powder, cream shortening or
butter
Directions: Add sugar and thoroughly mix. Beat in an egg. Add mixture of
coffee syrup and milk. Sift dry ingredients to others and beat for
one minute. Bake in bundt pan at 350 for 40 minutes.
Directions: Mix and beat coffee syrup, ice cream and
milk for 1 minute, or until ice cream is dissolved. Pour and serve.
Coffee Gelatin:
Ingredients: 2 tbs. unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup cold water 1 cup boiling water 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups coffee syrup
Directions: Soften unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water. Add 1
cup of boiling water. Stir in sugar and 2 cups coffee syrup.
Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
Gingerbread Special:
Ingredients: gingerbread mix
coffee syrup
Directions: Using a prepared
gingerbread mix, substitute 1/4 cup coffee syrup for 1/4
cup liquid. Bake as directed. Serve garnished with
whipped cream flavored with coffee syrup.
Hot Milk Shake:
Ingredients: 7 oz. milk
2 tbs. coffee syrup
Directions: After bringing a milk to a simmer, add in two tbs. of
coffee syrup. Stir and serve. Delicious for bedtime relaxation.
Coffee Ice Cream:
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream (or half milk and
half cream) 1/2 cup coffee syrup 1/3 cup sugar
Directions: Mix 2 cups of heavy cream, 1/2 cup
coffee syrup, and 1/3 cup of sugar, and freeze.
Coffee Marshmallow Crème:
Ingredients: Coffee syrup
marshmallow crème
Directions: Mix coffee syrup with marshmallow crème and spread on crackers.
Coffee Fizz:
Ingredients: 2 tbs. coffee syrup 1 oz. heavy cream
Directions: Add coffee syrup to heavy cream. Fill the glass
with charged water (seltzer) and add one scoop of coffee ice cream.
Coffee Buns: Ingredients: 1 package hot roll mix
(or make your own sweet roll mixture)
butter or margarine
brown sugar
chopped nuts
coffee syrup
Directions: In
bottom of each muffin tin place 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine, 1 tsp.
brown sugar, chopped nuts and 1 tsp. coffee syrup. Roll dough into
desired size to fit muffin tin and place on top of mixture in muffin
tin. Follow baking directions and serve.
Iced Coffee:
Ingredients: 2 tbs. coffee syrup 2 ice cubes
Directions: Add coffee syrup, and two ice cubes to one glass of water.
Add cream as desired. Stir and serve. A truly cooling
drink.
Boiled Coffee Frosting:
Ingredients: 1 cup coffee syrup 2 egg whites
Directions: Boil coffee syrup for five minutes. Pour this over
the two egg
whites which have been stiffly beaten. Beat until thick enough to
spread.
